I stayed a week at this hotel. If you're looking for the Ritz this is not it. But, the staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and the Linens smelled good. The office staff was helpful and kind. They even allow me to check in early because I had driven 411 hours and needed to rest, as I have a disability. I'm coming into town again in a few weeks and I plan to stay here for several days as I pass through Springfield. Great job guys. It's affordable and a good place to stay.
Room is clean, shower works, no cigarette smells, rates are resaonable. Gass station with attached Wendy within walking distance. Management is honoest, go the extra mile for guests. Highly recommended.
Old rt 66 motel from the days when the road it is located on was edge of town. It is located about 2.5 miles west of US 65 and about 2 miles south of Interstate 44 . It's not hard to get to and there are many places around it to eat. Prices are average for the type and the main intersection to both highways mentioned located in its immediate area. If looking for a budget place to sleep you could do much worse.
Low cost option at $55 bucks it's surprisingly clean with pleasant and helpful staff. the cleaning crew goes the extra mile and folds towels with a special touch and leave the rooms exceptionally clean. The owners obviously care about the future comfort of guests because they were remodeling 3 of the rooms during my stay which coincided with an event that had most hotels full. Pets are allowed for a small fee and smoking rooms are available. My only concern would be some of the guests are what might be described as less than desirable. All in all though, a nice, quaint motel. I would stay again.
We were forced out of our home due to storm damage and best budget inn offered us a comfortable place at a very reasonable price! The owner and staff were amazing! A true heartfelt Thank You for allowing us to stay for the last month!

Good size room that was clean and nice inside. AC worked as did the fridge and microwave. Quiet and management was attentive. Area is safe too. Cdl discount offered. All in all a decent budget inn.
